About Grotsoft
Why the silly name?
The Grotsoft name is a homage to the splendid 1970s BBC television
Reginald Perrin series. In The Return of Reginald Perrin,
Reggie founds Grot, a business selling useless things, which actually does rather
well because useless things can be fun. That's what Grotsoft is about, making
useless fun things.
And the Byline?
Reggie's boss, CJ, was fond of saying "I didn't get where I am today by <whatever
the last person had said>".
